"Digging from Attics to Basements"...
Why take the time to go on a search for your family history ? Well, all kids, even you, need to know Who you came from? And Where? When? Why? & How? It's a challenge to see how far back you can trace your ancestors. You'll have a great time looking "From Attics to Basements" (and even in Cemeteries) to see what you can discover to tell you more about your family. So finding out your family history, tracing your genealogy, and meeting, visiting as many relatives as you can, will create a connection for you with your family members "Then and now"... The book also helps children to utilize and strengthen many skills needed in school and for life – reading, writing, organizing, planning, interviewing, storytelling, art and more.

Some of them had been meeting for years prior to this get-to-gether. Now it was time for them to share on a more regular routine. So these 5 Southern Authors - Alice Duckett, Gay Martin, Shirley Mitchell, Barbara Eubanks and Lori Boatfield, bring a plethora of ideas and interesting pieces of writing to each meeting. They call themselves "The Lit Chicks"...
